Do you offer COVID-19 or flu testing?
Yes! We provide rapid COVID-19 and Flu in-home visits. Results are typically available within 15 minutes.
Are you available 24/7?
Our hours of operation are 9:00 am – 7:00 pm Monday through Thursdays. Fridays and weekends are reserved for member client visits.  For emergencies outside these hours, please call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room.
How do I schedule an appointment?

How quickly can I get a same-day appointment?
We strive to offer same-day appointments based on availability. Booking early in the day is recommended.
Do you see patients outside of Georgia?
We offer telemedicine services for non-Georgia residents in Pennsylvania and Tennessee, but only in-person care in Georgia.
Do you accept insurance?
Insurance is not required. We do not bill your insurance. However, we provide a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. We cannot guarantee this.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs). Payment is due before the time of service.
Will you refer me to a specialist?
Absolutely! We work closely with specialists and provide referrals as needed.
Do you offer care for pregnant women?
Yes. We provide non-obstetric care for pregnant women. For example, nausea and vomiting in the first trimester. We also provide specialized postpartum care, including mental health screenings, blood pressure monitoring, and lactation support.
Can you manage my chronic condition remotely?
Yes. We offer chronic condition management through telemedicine and in-home visits. This includes hypertension, diabetes, and asthma care.
Do you offer membership or primary care?
For patients seeking personalized, continuous care, we offer memberships that include unlimited telemedicine and 50% off in-home visits. Memberships start at $199 per month.
Do you see pediatrics?

We see pediatric patients 6 months and above for sick visits only. We do not provide pediatric primary care.
